Up to 30 people are missing and feared dead after a building under construction in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv collapsed sending a large plume of dust over the area.
Officials are trying to determine the cause of the collapse as rescue crews and medical workers converged on the scene, fearing there were people trapped in the ruins.
It is believed that the building came down after a crane fell on top of it following the collapse of a underground parking garae.
The Israeli military said it was dispatching search-and-rescue forces to assist in the efforts.
Israeli police said 18 people were injured, and Eli Bin, director of the national rescue service, said one was in serious condition with head injuries.
Local media reported that up to 30 people are feared to be trapped inside the collapsed building.
